We didn’t felt safe

The staff were helpful.

We arrived in the room and the toilet paper was wet, the sheets had holes in them, the bed was very small for two persons. We are two girls travelling and we didn’t felt really safe there. Also about the neighbourhood, Mactan is maybe not the one to stay around for long time.

It’s very noisy day and night. Bathroom in a very bad condition. Not even a toilet seat. Windows can’t be locked, but property seems safe. Not a single beach around, if you want to swim the only way it’s to buy a day pass to the big hotel. All in all it’s alright for 1-2 nights.

$14 a day isn't too bad but there is better for less futher out in the province.

Clean friendly decent food Wasn't horrible for the price but I think it should have been around $8 or $9 a night because the road was in very bad shape and crowed for walking and other things in replies of what I didn't like.

The advertisement said 700PHP for a room with air conditioning, wifi and hot and cold running water for shower. I did not have hot and cold water for the shower only cold and charge an extra 200PHP a day for hot water, this was not the agreement. The toilet did not have a toilet seat. I did without the hot water but wasn't crazy about taking cold showers.

Really nice for the price and away from the city

The check in worked with no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave as many tips for activities. The rooms were clean and as depicted in pictures. The rooms are confortable for the price. We extended the rooms spontaneously and it worked with no problems. They let us leave the baggage at the lobby after check out so that we could pick it up in the afternoon. By around 20min walking you could find places for food, convience stores, bars and access to beaches.

There was no toilet seat. There were some insects in the rooms, but this is pretty normal on the Philippines i would say. Although the location is comfy keep in mind its not an extremely secure place to walk at night
